- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities and manage priorities to ensure minimal disruptions to production
- Monitor work practices and quality of work performed
- Ensure adherence to life critical procedures for the safety of team members and plant personnel
- Manage and motivate direct reports; review, assess, and provide direct and immediate performance feedback to build employee skills and support their professional development

- Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
- High school diploma/GED and 5+ years experience in a relevant manufacturing role; OR
- Bachelor's degree* in Engineering or other related technical area and 2+ years full time work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance
- Working knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments/teams to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred

Join our winning team as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in Niagara Falls, NY . In your role as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for leading a Maintenance Crew to perform service functions within established timing, safety, quality, and cost standards.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000. This salary is only an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
