Job Description

- Technical Outside Sales role focused on mechanical room systems (IE Commercial water Heating, Hydronic Heating and or Pump Systems).
- Work customarily and regularly outside of the office selling to our customers and using services such as field audit kits & scanning to develop analytics and present sales pitch & recommendations based on findings
- Drive regularly within a defined area, including overnight travel as needed, to develop and maintain relationships with customers, key national accounts, and local contractors, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services at all times
- Develop new customers with a focus on mechanical solutions business while applying traditional outside sales techniques
- Develop and maintain vendor relations with rep firms and manufacturers
- Supervise sales trends and product performance results
- Develop pricing and quotations for replacement units, products, and services while aligning with brand strategy and maintaining market integrity
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
- Train customers and associates on equipment and tools associated with water heating systems
- Find opportunities to improve efficiency and life of equipment through domestic/Hydronic system audits
- Budget projects for contractors during the pre-construction phase
- Provide equipment technical support in a mechanical room and ability identify and locate related common items
- Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management
- Support Corporate programs, goals and initiatives of the company
- Performing other duties or functions as requested by management
- Highly organized and able to multitask objectives
- Minimum of 7+years of sales experience
- Strong mechanical proficiency required with a technical degree a plus
- Commercial Water Heating and or Hydronic system experience required
- Understanding of mechanical piping systems Polished sales presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Periodic overnight travel for training, industry meetings and customer centered events.
- Regular travel within Southern California required.
- Physical ability to conduct detailed job site visits, including using ladders, accessing roofs, accessing basements, and other locations where equipment is located.

This is a remote role that will support the Southern California Region. Our ideal candidate must be in PST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Orange County or Los Angeles County.

Pay Range:

$5,519.70 - $12,017.50-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
