      Open Positions

      1. Mechatronics Technician I – 1st Shift

      • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
      • Pay: $30–$35/hour +7% target performance bonus
      • Experience: Entry-level to 3 years
      • Education: Associate degree, diploma, or certification in Mechatronics or related field

      2. Mechatronics Technician I – 2nd Shift

      • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift
      • Pay: $30–$35/hour +$2/hour shift differential+7% target performance bonus
      • Experience: Entry-level to 3 years
      • Education: Same as above

      3. Mechatronics Technician II – 2nd Shift

      • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift
      • Pay: $32–$38/hour +$2/hour shift differential+7% target performance bonus
      • Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role
      • Education: Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics or related field
      • Preferred: ASRS experience or strong PLC troubleshooting skills

      Job Responsibilities

      Technician I

      • Assist with maintenance and repair of automated machinery and control systems
      • Perform basic diagnostics and support equipment installations
      • Learn from senior technicians and grow technical skills
      • Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols

      Technician II

      • Lead troubleshooting and repairs of complex electromechanical systems
      • Perform preventive maintenance and support system upgrades
      • Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor junior staff
      • Document work in CMMS and drive continuous improvement

      Qualifications

      Technician I

      • Associate degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
      • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
      • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

      Technician II

      • Associate degree or 3–5 years of experience
      • Proficiency in PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), sensors, and diagnostics
      • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
