      Role Summary & Impact

      As a Media Activation Coordinator, you will be on the specialist career track, receiving intensive training and close mentorship in all aspects of paid social marketing. Paid Social allows a brand to reach consumers who may not follow them directly, but have expressed interest in the type of product/service, or who fall within the brand’s target demographic on social platforms. As an Associate, you will be apart of a team responsible for the execution of business objectives & KPIs, identifying target audiences by platform, characterizing desired actions of each audience, and managing the content and cadence of the social plan. In this position, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the entire brand process and gain experience working across various social platforms.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Assist social strategy development by compiling client research, competitive data and social platform information.
      • Support and continually improve paid media tactical planning and buying across all platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr.
      • Research emerging social platforms to support client recommendations.
      • Set up media trackers, build media authorizations and insertion orders, steward the billing process and actualize dollars on an ongoing basis.
      • Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making media recommendations.
      • Support Senior Associate and community Managers to develop and maintain social content calendars for various platforms.
      • Are you a born team-player? We need you to collaborate with the team and external partners to define highly personalized social user experiences (e.g. applications, contest, mobile executions, social TV, etc.).
      • Stay current! Though your research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques and methods related to social media.
      Requirements
      • Enthusiastic interest in: Media, Advertising, Digital Communications, Marketing, Business and/or Communications.
      • Eagerness to build an exciting career in media to make advertising better for everyone.
      • Appreciation and enjoyment for numbers, statistics, and data including Excel as a part of your daily responsibilities.
      • Passion to solve problems and improve initiatives with a desire to leverage data and insights.

      The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $50,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
