  You have proven experience in Media & Digital Management, strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. You are detail oriented and creative. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.

  What are we expecting from you?

  Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

  Media Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the annual integrated media strategy for Australia and New Zealand, tailoring global guidelines to local contexts while respecting the underlying principles
  • Oversee media planning, including agency briefing and executional support
  • Utilize superior organization and project management skills to deliver enhanced ways of working and streamlined timelines

  Digital Experience & Culture

  • Implement a robust digital media plan and monitor key critical metrics for performance and optimization
  • Understand the local digital landscape and targeting opportunities
  • Serve as a thought-leader on new and innovative ways to reach and connect with audiences

  Search & Social Media

  • Evolve search and social media approach, protecting brand equity and capitalizing on in-market audiences
  • Ensure relevant content adaptation and distribution
  • Consolidate and analyze results from in-platform reporting, GA4 and agency supplied data, sharing results and best practices

  Collaboration

  • Connect with cross-functional teams to define priorities and leverage paid partnerships
  • Liaise with regional counterparts for strategic direction, alignment and validation
  • Foster strong relationships with agency and media partners with a focus on accountability and transparency
  • Manage and support a direct report, investing in their development, delegating effectively to ensure deliverables are met on time at the highest quality

  Performance

  • Evaluate agency responses, providing insightful and constructive feedback, setting KPIs and measurement targets
  • Develop a data-informed perspective on campaign optimizations and results with ability to present confident and concise recommendations
  • Follow monthly A&P reporting to monitor budget with precise accuracy, providing regular updates to the Senior Communications Manager
