      Job Summary

      The Media Buyer & Platform Specialist is responsible for the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across programmatic, search, and social platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise with tools such as The Trade Desk, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to ensure effective targeting, tracking, and performance optimization. The specialist manages campaign setup, budget and bid strategies, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates blend strong platform proficiency with analytical thinking to enhance media effectiveness.

      Pay Range: $140,622 - $186,324 - $232,026

      Job Responsibilities:

      JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

      Media Buying & Placement

      • Plan, execute, and optimize media buys across programmatic, search, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and performance KPIs. Manage targeting, bidding, and tracking across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, while collaborating with branding teams to maintain creative consistency.

      Platform Management & Trafficking

      • Set up and traffic campaigns across key ad platforms, ensuring accurate targeting, pacing, and performance tracking. Manage budgets, platform updates, and integrations while collaborating with Ad Operations on proper tagging and measurement.

      Performance Analysis & Reporting

      • Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities, sharing key findings with stakeholders. Establish a test-and-learn approach to continually refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies.

      Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

      • Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and platform reps to ensure timely asset delivery, strategic alignment, and awareness of evolving media trends. Support leadership in shaping and optimizing paid media strategies.
      • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions regarding the planning, execution, management, and measurement of digital campaigns.
      • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the planning, execution, management, and measurement of digital campaigns.

      ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
      • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      Required Qualifications:

      • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Information Systems / Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or Statistics, Computer Science, Communications.
      • Minimum experience required: 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying and trafficking within programmatic, paid search, and paid social platforms.

      Job Competencies:

      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
      • Proficient in campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting within ad platforms.
      • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
      • Direct experience with DSPs (preferably The Trade Desk), Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
      • Local / occasional travel or events and select meetings.
      • Physical demands (ADA): No unusual physical exertion is involved.
