- Design, develop, update and implement new media materials in collaboration with relevant stake holders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Liaise with the clients to fully understand and interpret the brief, and develop appropriate materials
- Provide advice, guidance and expertise on the use of applicable media in the design and creation of a variety of media content.
- Push creativity, challenge established thinking and consider new and innovative ways of approaching the desired outputs.
- Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in line with emerging technologies and accessibility
- Must have experience in video and photography, graphic design, multi media – animation and 3D
- Strong portfolio of successful creative projects, across different media types
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC
- Proficient in 3D modelling/multimedia creation – Autodesk 3DS Max
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 & 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Photography and Videography experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification is desirable. Or proven experience working in the digital creative industry
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.

The role
As a Media Developer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day to day, you’ll provide a variety of multimedia, eLearning, web and graphic design materials to support and improve Babcock service capability for the Training Delivery Contract.Essential experience of the Media Developer:
This is a full time role based on site at Lyneham with an early finish one day per week.
