      INNOVIM is seeking a Media Librarian, Jr. to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II).

      This position will be filled and work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.

      The candidate will:

      • Validate the accuracy and tracking delivery of Media Kits across a geographically separated mission.
      • Process high volumes of media kits for classified shipments to various site locations.
      • Administer and support scheduling, reviewing, and communicating the state of deliveries with senior leadership and customers.
      • Support classified courier of documents and/or shipments on and off base.
      • Log, track, and maintain multiple data bases
      • Assist in coordinating classified shipment pickups to NSA for destruction

      Basic Requirements:

      • Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
      • Detail oriented individual that can follow established instructions
      • Keen attention for detail
      • Ability to communicate and document deficiencies within the delivery process
      • Ability to read and interpret standards, communicating needs across the program
      • Ability to track and maintain a catalog of all previous and upcoming deliveries
      • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Ability to manage document baselines for staff delivering artifact changes

      Desired Requirements:

      • 1-4 years of relevant experience
