      Campaign Planning & Execution:
      • Lead the strategic planning of paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing priorities
      • Work closely with internal Media Specialists who not only execute campaigns but also provide input and act as strategic partners based on their respective channel expertise
      • Ensure that all media activities incorporate an outside-in perspective, focusing on customer needs and market dynamics

      Optimization & Performance Analysis:
      • Continuously track and optimize paid media performance using MMM and more granular attribution models, in close collaboration with Media Specialists
      • Leverage insights from customer analytics to refine media strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness

      Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
      • Act as the main point of contact for the media agency, ensuring seamless communication and execution of media plans
      • Work cross-functionally with brand, CRM, product marketing, and analytics teams to ensure an integrated approach to media planning
      • Partner closely with the customer analytics team to ensure media strategies are rooted in data-driven and customer centric insights
      • Support and act as a key resource for media specialists, providing guidance and ensuring a collaborative approach across all digital media channels
      • Provide recommendations to the design team based on best practices for each media channel, ensuring creative assets align with platform-specific requirements and drive performance
      • Uphold collaboration with media providers such as publicists, OOH vendors and TV networks

      Market & Channel Expertise:
      • Maintain a strong understanding of different media channels, their roles, and how they interact within a holistic media strategy
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation in paid media

To be successful, we believe you have:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, preferably within an in-house marketing team or media agency
      • A bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferably in marketing or related fields
