      In this role you will take ownership of plan and budget data as it relates to assigned projects, the management of plan changes, and general maintenance of activity and its effect on all related outputs, including communication to implementation teams.u00A0 u00A0
      You will be responsible for negotiating, buying, and maintaining media schedules, ensuring that final buys deliver on the approved plan objective and strategy. u00A0

      • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of media planu00A0 u00A0
      • Effectively uses industry tools to aid in plan developmentu00A0 u00A0
      • Assist in developing plan metrics and responsible for analysis and related reports pertaining to KPIsu00A0 u00A0
      • Prepare, check, verify and issue analysis including on-going maintenanceu00A0 u00A0
      • Assist senior team members in all phases of account/client managementu00A0 u00A0
      • Develop a deeper understanding of client needs and strategyu00A0 u00A0
      • Analyze media alternatives to recommend how to best allocate the advertising budgetu00A0 u00A0
      • Facilitate competitive analysis as requiredu00A0 u00A0
      • Play a key role in the budget and client billing process to ensure accuracyu00A0 u00A0
      • Write and maintain status and contact reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlinesu00A0 u00A0
      • Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, industry workshops/seminars and track current events u00A0
      • Responsible for stewardship and day-to-day maintenance buys
      • Communicate buy changes to vendor reps e.g.: cancellations, shifts, brand changes
      • Prepare, check, verify and issue buying analyses
      • Generate and analyze campaign reports- including pre and post documents
      • Play a key role in the budget and client billing process to ensure accuracy

      Your Qualifications: u00A0
      • Minimum 2-3 years as a Planning and/or Buying Assistantu00A0 u00A0
      • University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience u00A0 u00A0
      • Demonstrates understanding of media basics and conceptsu00A0 u00A0
      • Knowledge of Infosys and BBMu00A0 u00A0
      • Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (PMB, Evaliant, DDS, Comscore, etc.)u00A0 u00A0
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteu00A0 u00A0
      • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writingu00A0 u00A0
      • Buying experience on all levels (national & regional)u00A0
      • Proficient with DDS, Infosys, and Microsoft Office Suite
