  Position Overview:

  The Media Solutions Associate (MSA) position supports the active pre-sale functions of the advertising sales team and is responsible to provide research and information that enable the sales team in their sales efforts. The MSA is a liaison between sales, traffic, production and business operations and is responsible for assisting the sales department with the preparation and maintenance of core, ADS and digital sales items

  Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of outgoing presentations and proposals as requested for both digital and linear using Frequence and or Pilot software platforms.
  • Work as liaison between sales, traffic, digital operations and business operations to keep business moving in a timely manner.
  • Compile proposal research using Borrell, AdMall, Showseeker, Video Advertising Bureau, etc.
  • Collaborate in preparing marketing materials such as One Time Only (OTO) packages, special initiatives and programming highlights.
  • Process correspondence and proposals; maintain accurate files and records.
  • Prepare avail requests and submit to Account Executive for modification or changes.
  • Review proposals and send to Account Executive for approval.
  • Participate in collaborative process with sales, traffic, digital operations and business operations to deliver 1st in class customer service.
  • Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One to two years general office/clerical experience.
  • Good working knowledge of advertising functions and terms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer software and technology.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.

  Minimum hourly pay is $17.50

  Maximum hourly pay is $21.82
