- Start Date: within next few weeks
- Salary: $65-70k, based on experience
- Schedule: Days
- Shift: Monday-Friday with Manager on Duty (MOD) scheduled weekend rotation

- The average age of our patients is 35-55+ and the most common diagnoses are schizophrenia, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.
- The Staff and patients are welcoming and say hello as you walk through the hallways.
- The Metra and the Green Line are just a few blocks away
- Officially we title this job a BOM or Business Office Manager, but in other centers it may be called a Medicare / Medicaid Biller or Accounts Receivable Coordinator or even a Financial Services Rep.
- This is NOT a remote / 'work from home' position. You will be expected to work full time within our center, located in the Bronzeville park neighborhood of Chicago.

- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF or ICF) is required
- Experience with Medicare, Public Aide / Medicaid billing and collections is required
- Point Click Care (PCC) software experience is ideal

Southview Manor (formerly Southview Care) is a large inner-city skilled nursing (medical) facility. We have and multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health population. Many of them were previously homeless.
Job Description
What you will do in this role : When you are a patient, finances should be the last thing on your mind. You will work closely with patients, and the facility and regional accounts receivables team. The AR projects will include back-end collections and billing for Public Aide, Medicaid, Medicare and managed care accounts for our skilled nursing facility. One moment you are managing the patient trust fund, the next you’re setting up payment schedules for a family and the next you could be helping a patient apply for Medicaid. It’s a busy day here!
