- Develop subject matter expertise and perform applicable research for Medicaid contractual and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate and lead projects to monitor and audit the performance of the Medicaid Quality Program and related activities on a continuing basis and in a collaborative and facilitative manner, ensuring goals of common stakeholders are met.
- Facilitate operational program management and development of comprehensive work plans by establishing deliverables, accountabilities, and timelines for individual Medicaid contracts.
- Manage implementation of program interventions, and monitor quality and performance improvement plan for the Quality Management Department, including contract readiness reviews.
- Conduct the ongoing evaluation and interpretation of quality standards and accreditation standards to ensure operational compliance through reporting and measurement studies/ methodologies.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of quality program data and reports activities, improvements, and recommendations for designated Medicaid Programs.
- Safeguard and secure any and all PHI from misuse in strict accordance with LIBERTY’s Information Security Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment following established protocols.
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in Project Management.
- Dental Managed Care or Medicaid Program Management experience preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical reporting and project management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. PLEASE be prepared to complete Online Skills Assessments as part of your Application process!
- Facilitation and Training skills geared for adult education.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Thorough understanding of contractual and regulatory Quality Management requirements.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with ability to demonstrate command of details and to articulate those details at a higher level.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking; bilingual preferred.
- Ability to effectively represent the company with all internal and external customers, providing the highest level of customer service.

The Medicaid Quality Program Administrator will serve as subject matter expert for Medicaid quality programs, provide program and project management support to the Quality and Utilization Management Department, primarily supporting the Medicaid program compliance function.

COMPENSATION:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the annual base salary for this position is $58,760 - $76,388 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
