      Req#: REF2047V

      Company Description

At Docplanner Group, we’re on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. As the world’s largest healthcare platform, we connect 24 million patients with 280,000 doctors each month across 13 countries, through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda.

Our SaaS, marketplace, and AI tools simplify clinical tasks and help doctors focus on what truly matters: patient care.

Through Noa.ai, our internal innovation hub, we’re building cutting-edge AI tools with doctors, not just for them. We’re now looking for experienced physicians in Poland to collaborate with us in testing these tools and sharing feedback that will shape the future of digital healthcare.

      Job Description

“Here’s to the doctors who challenge the status quo.”

      • The ones who don’t accept the limitations of today’s clinical routines.
      • The ones who see beyond the exam table and the paperwork.
      • The ones who believe technology and empathy belong together.
      • The ones already using AI – or already thinking about how AI can solve what medicine alone cannot.

We’re bringing these doctors together. We’re looking for:

✅ Doctors who ask if the way we practice medicine today is the best we can do.

✅ Doctors who don’t wait for change – but build it.

✅ Those who know that data, technology, and clinical intuition can save more lives.

✅ Doctors who want to co-create tools that give time back – and make doctors more human, not less.

      How You’ll Contribute

      • Test early versions of our AI tools.

      • Review prototypes and give structured feedback during digital sessions with our AI Product team.

      • Join short interviews or testing sessions.

      • Help ensure our tools address real clinical needs and workflows.

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
      • Valid medical license and currently practicing at least 3 days a week (even part-time).

      • Outpatient or ambulatory setting (non-hospital-based).

      • In Brazil or Spain: familiarity with health insurance workflows.

      • Able to test tools during patient interactions (either in private practice or with clinic’s permission).

      • Available ~2 hours per week for testing, feedback, and collaboration sessions.

      • User of (or open to using) Docplanner’s EHR or one of our PMSs (MyDr, Feegow, Clínica Certa, Gipo).

      • Fluent in English to communicate with the global team.

      • Willingness to sign an NDA and a contract for non-medical service compensation.

      Nice to have:

      • Specialties such as gynecology, cardiology, primary care, psychiatry, or psychology.

      Additional Information

You’ll collaborate closely with Felipe , our AI Project Manager, in shaping tools that truly serve doctors’ day-to-day needs.

Location: Remote in Poland — ideally based in Warsaw, but not a must.

      Why you'll love this

Paid collaboration – flexible, remote-first setup.

⏳ Designed to respect your time and clinical expertise – just ~2 hours per week.

Real influence – your feedback directly shapes tools used by doctors like you.

      Want to know more?

Let’s build the future of medicine, together.
