      We are searching for a resourceful, proactive, innovative team player to join GSK for a one-year internship within the Vaccines Specialty Care team to get ahead of disease together.       Key responsibilities include and are not limited to:

      · Being an active member of the Vaccines Specialty Care Medical Affairs team making meaningful contributions towards the execution and implementation of local medical plans and overall medical operations.

      · Support the development and review of Medical presentations and materials for therapy area products and internal or external needs as appropriate.

      · Assist with medical writing, report writing, critical appraisal and literature scanning, and medical governance documentation.

      · Lead consolidation and analysis of Field Medical insights and trend reports; supporting Field Medical upskilling and workshops

      · Champion the external partnerships and sponsorships workstream in collaboration with cross-functional partners to strategically assess, action, and close on business opportunities.

      · Supporting Field Medical activity with external requests and customer-facing activities including medical education programs.

      · Assist with the organization and execution of advisory boards/consultancy meetings, scientific training and education events

      · Work with internal and external vendors and agencies to accomplish local medical plans.

      · Advance projects to support Medical Affairs and cross-functional activities (i.e., issue management, contracting and payments, omnichannel initiatives, stretch and QI projects, etc).

      Qualifications Required:

      · Advanced university degree in Health/Medical sciences, working towards this or within 2 years of graduation. (PharmD, RN, MD or PhD)

      · Strong scientific acumen and medical writing skills

      · An individual who is reliable, creative, and resourceful in problem solving. Demonstrated critical thinking with ability to work through ambiguity.

      · An initiator who leads projects with accountability to follow through on next steps

      · Corporate professional and team player with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with external, internal and GSK stakeholders (responsiveness, “can-do” attitude, tact, ability to facilitate group meetings).

      · Results-oriented with agility to shift and coordinate priorities at short notice within a fast-paced dynamic environment.

      · Active listener with clear and concise verbal/written communication skills and ability to probe for clarification.

      · Strong computer skills to work with various software systems including Veeva CRM, Power BI, dashboards, and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

      Preferred qualification:

      · Clinical experience and/or working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams

      · Experience or training in cardiorenal metabolic discipline would be an asset

      · Bilingual
