      Our Team

      The Immunology Pipeline Manager is a key strategic role for the company with high visibility above country working with regional and global teams reporting directly into the SpC Medical Head. This hybrid role will require excellent proactive communication skills to develop HCP networks driving the implementation of actionable insights into prelaunch development plans of Sanofi Immunology products. This is a highly collaborative role requiring a high degree of influence across the business working closely with MA, HEOR, Clinical Development and commercial/marketing colleagues.

      Main responsibilities

      CORE MEDICAL ACTIVITIES

      • Drive the development of internal/ external engagement plans establishing trusted relationships with HCPs, professional bodies and guideline committees
      • Identify, develop and maintain collaboration with current and future Key Opinion Leaders, local scientific societies and central decision makers at relevant health authorities
      • Establish insight generation plans, evaluate and adjust insight generation strategy aligned with country medical plan. Participates in sharing key medical insights with internal cross-functional partners, including senior leaders
      • Oversee and interpret new scientific data, literature, competitive trends and product opportunities and adjust medical and educational activities accordingly
      • Conduct internal and external medical education to enhance disease and product knowledge and awareness
      • Collaborate with CSU/Global Team to all company sponsored clinical trials on Sanofi Immunology Pipeline
      • Drive organization and implementation of Medical Tactical Plan

      STRATEGY

      • Have deep understanding of how evidence-generation activities can be supported and exploring opportunities supporting medical strategy
      • Drive development and execution of local pre launch Medical Affairs and engagement plan as well as local communication strategy in alignment with the Sanofi Immunology medical strategy
      • Be a strong partner to the any relevant internal stakeholders

      About you

      • Experience: Pharmaceutical experience within Immunology (Dermatology, Respiratory, Rheumatology or GI). Track record of developing relationships with patient organisations
      • Soft skills: Good communications and presentation ability. Able to work independently and having a strategic mindset. Able to prioritise resources with balanced decision making
      • Technical skills: Background in communicating with Medical Authorities, hospitals, physicians and KOLs in the therapy area. Desirable – background in phase 4 and Investigator Initiated projects, understanding of compliance practices in drug safety and regulatory affairs
      • Education: Masters degree level experience or equivalent level experience (PhD/MD preferred but not essential)
      • Languages: English
