- Medical degree (MD, PharmD, or equivalent), will be an added advantage
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and clinical development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with KOL engagement and management.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in medical affairs.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Additionally, you should excel in team management, client management, and delivery management, with NPS and revenue goals applicable as per practice

Role Overview:
As a Medical Affairs Consultant, you will engage with Fortune 100 clients to strategies healthcare professionals to provide in-depth scientific and clinical insights, develop strategic medical plans, manage key opinion leader relationships, and ensure compliance. Your role will significantly influence product development, marketing strategies, and overall healthcare outcomes.
Key KPI
Establishment and optimization of the Medical Affairs practice for Fractal, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client needs.
Responsibilities
1. Medical Strategy Development:
- Assist in developing and implementing the medical affairs strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide medical insights and expertise to support the development and commercialization of new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing and sales, regulatory affairs, and commercial, to integrate medical input into product development and commercialization plans.2. KOL Management and Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and academic institutions.
- Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, seek medical advice, and support medical education initiatives and form medical advisory boards.
- Develop and execute a KOL engagement plan for meaningful interactions and engagements.
- Maintain permanent relations with a network of opinion leaders, experts, and health authorities to reinforce the scientific position of the company.3. Medical Information and Communication:
- Ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date medical information to internal teams, external stakeholders, and healthcare professionals.
- Review and approve promotional and educational materials to ensure medical accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.4. Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety:
- Support pharmacovigilance activities and ensure timely reporting of adverse events and safety-related information.
- Collaborate with the global safety team to ensure compliance with safety reporting requirements.Qualifications and Skills
