Overview The Document Review Committee Coordinator provides support to the Document Review Committee process across multiple Therapeutic Areas working across divisions. Responsibilities Key Functions: - Coordinate compliance and operational tasks in support of the Document Review Committee process.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the review process by assessing the readiness of research documents, guaranteeing strict adherence to review timelines, and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise, thereby upholding the integrity of the review process.
- Address stakeholder questions on the review process.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects which have significant impact on the effectiveness of operations team.
- Uploading all required documents into client systems per applicable compliance requirements
- Coordinating internal meeting management and draft/review agendas and minutes
- Adherence with all applicable compliance requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc requests, which may include formatting documents, creating job aids/checklists, and developing training guides/presentations.
Qualifications E du c at i on: - Bachelor's degree required; education in public health (or closely related discipline: epidemiology, biostatistics, biometry, or biological sciences) preferred
Preferred E xp er i e n ce : - A background in real-world evidence studies or observational research is highly valued (1-3 years of related job or equivalent experience, e.g. Research Assistant, Research Coordinator, and/or Project Manager) or Master's degree in public health or research-related field (such as epidemiology, outcomes research, behavioral sciences, health services research or biological sciences;
- Proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Must have strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of epidemiologic or outcomes research
