      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the enrollment of patients into Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs using the employer’s portal
      - Make daily calls and text messages to patients to document health status and maintain engagement
      - Assist in the collection and documentation of patient health information, including histories and new symptoms
      - Support patients by sharing health pointers such as stretches, meditation videos, and light exercises
      - Maintain strict confidentiality in handling patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA (AAMA) Exam) - nationally certified
      - A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in office or remote settings
      - Proficiency with technology platforms such as Zoom, Slack, and online enrollment systems
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and patient support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with specialties such as Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine
