What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized, medical care to assigned patients in person, electronically, and via telephone
- Assist in the delivery of healthcare services to patients of diverse backgrounds and ages

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with and maintaining confidential information
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Proficiency with computer skills and data entry
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of a formal training program, such as a Medical Assistant program
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Additional certifications or specialized training
