- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an ABHES or CAAHEP-accredited Medical Assistant program
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical or clinic setting
- Must be registered or certified within six months of hire (RMA/AMT, CMA/AAMA, or CCMA/NHA)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Our services include adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care.
We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care Physician Practice in Holyoke. This role involves performing traditional medical assistant duties, as well as supporting patient flow within the office. Key responsibilities include escorting patients to clinical areas, taking and documenting vital signs, obtaining medical histories, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
