      Zurich North America is hiring a Medical Bill Review Operations Analyst to join our team! This position will report on a hybrid work schedule from our North America headquarter office located in Schaumburg, Illinois.

The candidate selected for this opportunity should be able to report into one of the following North American Claims offices: Schaumburg, Illinois.

      In this role you will be responsible for:

      • Provide expertise on medical bill review processes
      • Research inquiries and/or complaints
      • DOIs
      • NY process
      • State/Legal, Complex Bills, analysis for NY process
      • Management escalations
      • Communication to management
      • Back-up for various internal controls
      • Field audit rebuttals

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Bill Review area
        OR
      • Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Bill Review area
        OR
      • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Bill Review area
        AND
      • Customer Service experience
      • Experience reviewing and ensure medical bills are processed in accordance with the appropriate national/local areas workers compensation and medical fee guidelines

      • Strong organizational skills
      • Ability to provide expertise and provide guidance to team members and business partners
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
      • Ability to multi-task to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment
      • Ability to collaborate across work groups
