      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage electronic clearinghouse to ensure claims are corrected and submitted daily for assigned clinics
      - Supervise the efficiency of electronic data exchange and required enrollments
      - Work on unresolved claim issues and report trends to supervisors and client success managers
      - Communicate with internal and external customers through phone calls and written correspondence
      - Maintain patient confidentiality and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of related experience in a business, medical, or technical environment
      - Previous experience in a medical office setting and/or experience with Electronic Medical Record software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research resolutions effectively
      - Ability to work flexibly and learn new tools and processes as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in claims management or revenue cycle management
      - Familiarity with electronic clearinghouse processes
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
