What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement, manage, and oversee processes for consistent cash flow
- Analyze key metrics and trends for process improvement and risk assessment
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation and claim submissions
- Maintain knowledge of billing regulations and follow-up collection trends
- Identify and recommend corrective actions and procedural changes for billing and follow-up problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five (5) years of medical billing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a managerial or supervisory position
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of computers and related technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a call center environment
- Above average knowledge of Commercial payor billing guidelines
- Knowledge of the Federal No Surprises Act/ Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR)
