      What is the Opportunity?

      MDBilling.ca is a growing healthcare technology company that provides fast, accurate, and reliable medical billing software and services for Ontario physicians. Since 2009, our billing platform maximizes revenue for physicians while saving them time. At MDBilling.ca, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism while providing a flexible work environment. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work with our Ontario Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the MDBilling.ca brand of excellence. This position is full-time, permanent, with a remote working environment.

      What Will You Do?

      • Process medical claims
      • Resolve issues effectively
      • Provide assistance in billing and software
      • Respond to emails in a timely manner
      • Coach physicians on OHIP Billing
      • Maintain accurate customer account records

      What do you Need to Succeed?

      Must-haves:

      • Proven OHIP Billing work experience (2+ years)
      • 4+ years of administrative and customer service experience
      • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team setting
      • A strong understanding of general computer knowledge
      • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously with an attention to detail

      Nice-to-haves:

      • Completion of certified courses - Medical Billing or equivalent
      • Remote work experience
      • Microsoft Office (Excel)
