      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to customers of the Support Center, including patients and referral sources
      - Manage all aspects of new order intake, ensuring accuracy in clinical and billing information
      - Conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks for services and products
      - Act as a patient advocate by conducting satisfaction calls and resolving issues
      - Maintain quality control and accuracy throughout patient contact and data entry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent required
      - One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
      - Strong customer service background with experience in the medical field and administrative record management
      - Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
      - Knowledge of medical billing practices and confidentiality protocols

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medical terminology and knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills
