  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Denial Management – Research and determine claim denials and take appropriate action for payment within guidelines
  - Trend Identification – Identify consistent payor or system trends resulting in underpayments, denials, errors, etc.
  - Payor Escalation – Understand and navigate payor guidelines, escalate claim issues when appropriate
  - Appeals – Request appeals, reopenings, redeterminations as necessary, take action to resolve claims
  - Claim Status – Review unresolved accounts using available resources
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 3 years in medical reimbursement field
  - Ability to read and understand EOBs
  - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF editing
  - High School Diploma or GED equivalent and some college courses
  - Ability to communicate effectively with insurance representatives and patients
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in billing 1500 and UB04 claim forms
  - Understanding of non-contracted and contracted payer behaviors
  - Knowledge of medical terms and terminology
  - Ability to operate office equipment
  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
