      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately process and bill Medicare, Medicaid, private payer, and patient claims according to payer requirements
      - Maintain complete and accurate billing and accounts receivable records
      - Prepare remittances for data entry related to various payer types
      - Monitor accounts receivable and assist with the collection of overdue accounts
      - Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, payers, and other customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in health care data entry, preferably in home health care systems
      - At least 1 to 5 years of previous health care-related billing experience, preferably in home health care billing
      - High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred
      - Current knowledge of PDGM and NOA billing requirements for Medicare
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of payer portals for billing and follow-up

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Kinnser/Waystar EMR
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
