      General Accountabilities

      • Receive incoming patient calls
      • Posts payments
      • Works claim denials
      • Provides information to insurance carriers or patients regarding patient accounts.
      • Arrange patient payment plans
      • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

      Job Qualifications

      • Education: Associates preferred
      • At least 1 year clinical medical billing experience
      • OB/GYN medical billing knowledge preferred
      • Familiarity with eCW & Navicure/Waystar a plus
