- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, preferred; minimum GED.
- Minimum of 1 year leadership and/or supervisory experience.
- 5-10 years medical billing related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Summary
The Medical Billing Supervisor is responsible for the successful management, administration, and supervision of all functions related to insurance billing and reconciling charges, invoicing, and front-end rejections/denials, ensuring claims are received by the correct payer for service and client. The Medical Billing Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory and staff to ensure all claims are billed timely and accurately. The Medical Billing Supervisor will create and review monthly reports, analyze outcomes, identify trends, and ensure timely and proactive communication to leadership. This position is responsible for coordinating with key departments to improve outcomes while minimizing manual workflows. The Medical Billing Supervisor originates, implements, and leads billing office objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, customer service focused, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
This role requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving and metadata skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
