What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of Insurance and patient credit balance resolution experience
- Medical Billing/Follow-up experience
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
- High integrity and positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic health records or similar software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Familiarity with insurance explanations of benefits and denial codes
