What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the performance and daily operations of the assigned team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team productivity and performance
- Manage Human Resource functions, including recruitment and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with case management laws and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance measures and improvement plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current unrestricted RN licensure with an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing; master’s degree in Health, Psychology, or Social Services preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience
- Certification as a CCM (CRC, CDMS, or current CRRN) or willingness to pursue certification
- Knowledge of case management and cost containment practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in workers' compensation case management
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate staff and achieve results
- Familiarity with URAC standards and company policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing work environment
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
