      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts receivable (AR) by analyzing aged AR and identifying root cause issues
      - Handle denial management by investigating sources, resolving issues, and appealing denials
      - Make independent decisions regarding claim adjustments, resubmissions, and appeals
      - Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff to enhance revenue cycle functionality
      - Drive achievement of department's daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a physician medical billing office
      - Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance and ability to resolve complex claims
      - Experience with major payers such as Anthem, Medicare/Medicaid, United Healthcare, and Carefirst
      - Proficiency in Athena EHR and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting medical claims billing in the DC/MD/VA area
      - Familiarity with Washington payors
      - Prior experience in a Rural Health Clinic environment
