      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
      - Adhere to coding standards to ensure ethical and legal coding practices
      - Review submitted claims to verify alignment with payer policies and procedures
      - Participate in audits to maintain accuracy and compliance
      - Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and payer policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or equivalent
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in claims reimbursement in a healthcare setting
      - At least two (2) years of experience in medical coding
      - Must reside in NC or within 40 miles of the NC border
      - Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Inpatient Coding Credential (CCS) preferred
