      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide formal and informal coding and regulatory education to Physicians, Residents, and Advanced Practice Providers
      - Conduct follow-up reviews and provide additional training as needed
      - Revise and update education materials under the direction of the Education Manager
      - Communicate and problem solve with Administrators, Physicians, and Managers
      - Assist with special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 5+ years of medical coding experience
      - Active CCS-P or CPC or RHIA/RHIT certification; CPMA certification is a plus
      - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse projects
