What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely medical direction and opinions to team partners with forensic analysis to support medical opinions
- Collaborate with fellow medical consultants for comprehensive analysis of claims
- Assess medical data to determine functional capacity and accuracy of diagnoses and treatment plans
- Communicate with healthcare providers to gather necessary medical information regarding claimants
- Manage high volumes of assigned work while maintaining good turnaround times and urgency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional Degree (MD, DO, PhD, PsyD)
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification in area of specialty
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience in medical specialty
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
