What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in resolving outstanding payments from past due accounts
- Identify and escalate problem accounts as needed
- Update patient records to reflect actions taken on the account
- Achieve monthly department collection goals
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Ability to multitask within multiple channels of technology
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Transferable skills/experience beneficial but not required
- General computer skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
