What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate working knowledge of product lines and customer usage
- Collect basic information from customers and analyze their feedback
- Follow written procedures and determine the significance of each complaint
- Escalate complaints as necessary
- Objectively document customer feedback without personal bias
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2+ years of experience in Quality, Documentation Control, or Regulatory Affairs
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree in Business or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance, Release and Configuration Management, and Regulatory Affairs
- Customer facing experience
- Strong computer and time management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal guidance
