What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Demonstrate working knowledge of product lines and customer usage
- Collect basic information from customers and assess their experiences
- Follow procedures and flow charts to evaluate the significance of complaints
- Escalate complaints according to established processes
- Document customer feedback objectively and accurately
- Ask relevant questions based on previous complaints and product knowledge
- Forward information to appropriate internal parties
- Write or review customer closure letters
- Assess complaints for vigilance and adverse event reporting
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as needed
- Provide counsel and develop strategies for achieving customer goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

- At least 2+ years of experience in Quality, Documentation Control, or Regulatory Affairs
- Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree in Business or related field preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance, Release and Configuration Management, and Regulatory Affairs
- Customer facing experience
- Strong computer and time management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
