      The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

      As a(n) National Service Manager - Ventilation, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

      • Ability to communicate strategic view of the business and industry, leveraging a host of resources to help grow the business, improve operational efficiencies and customer service levels.
      • Lead and motivate remote direct reports (minimally supervised field service representatives covering a large geographical area) to achieve business targets, improve efficiencies, develop selling skills, increase productivity, and build sustainable customer relationships.
      • Develop, execute, and manage business strategies within a region to meet/exceed financial objectives. Create and define business growth opportunities in support of financial objectives.
      • Establish objectives, compose and conduct performance reviews and monitor progress toward objectives – providing timely and professional feedback and coaching to direct reports.
      • Regularly interact and build strong relationships with customers in all applicable and related business markets
      • Manage, audit, and track territory/region performance, including fulfilling customer obligations, quality and compliance requirements, adherence to corporate policies and procedures, FDA recalls, customer satisfaction, inventory levels, and team member utilization.
      • Coordinate, gather and analyze statistical data relating to repair trends and other service related activities. Manage corporate resources, including: vehicles, test equipment, loaners, computers, and field trunk stock; direct resource allocation of team members within the region and organization.
      • Provide exceptional customer service; ensure customer satisfaction is achieved when resolving customer/product issues and complaints
      • Work collaboratively with internal and external groups to achieve business results, integrating the different ideas of individuals; coaching others in the dynamics of effective teamwork.
      • Motivate and lead your team in a way that cultivates operational excellence by continually challenging old methods or ways of thinking and taking responsible risks to improve results; serve as a role model in creative thinking and in focusing on quality work.
      • Establish goals and achieve results within your team, holding yourself and others accountable for results.

      Your Skills and Expertise
      To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree; Or Equivalent work experience
      • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a technical field service position; with a minimum three (3) years in a leadership role, leading teams.

      Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

      • Process improvement and/or TQM training, certification, or experience desired
      • Prior experience using Salesforce.com, ServiceMax or other related CRM and Work Order management systems.
      • Understanding and knowledge of respiratory care and/or ventilation principles desired
      • Proven experience driving significant improvements with a team and business.
      • Demonstrated consistent track record in exceeding financial and operational targets.
      • Self-starter, ability to perform effectively during times of ambiguity, rapid change and growth.
      • Experience coaching and developing teams through clearly defined expectations, tracking and monitoring activities and results.
      • Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills.

      Essential Function Requirements:

      Credentialing: Employee shall secure and maintain the credentials required by Vyaire Medical and its customers. Securing those credentials may require mandatory vaccinations and other tests. (If employee is unwilling or unable to comply with any credentialing requirement because of religious or health/medical/disability related restrictions, employee must immediately notify Vyaire Medical’s Human Resources Department to discuss possible reasonable accommodations regarding those restrictions.)

      Travel: Up to 40% of the time

      Driving: Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

      Location: Refer to active requisition

      Physical Demand: Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. without limitations or constraints

      Travel: May include up to 40% domestic

      Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

That is why Vyaire offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes various options to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Base range in for this position is $120,000 – 140,000. Additional benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, paid leaves, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and potential for tuition reimbursement.
