      Medical Director, Transformative Healthcare Markets

      We are kicking off our search for a new role within our Transformative Healthcare Markets team. We are conducting a search for a healthcare professional to serve in the role of Medical Director. This critical role is part of a senior level, “expert” team driven to bring holistic and comprehensive analyses to customers, initially focused on the GLP-1 market. We are seeking a healthcare professional who is credentialed and experienced in this market and who has a passion for seeing beyond the obvious market and clinical behaviors and help customers understand their next best actions.

      This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Real Chemistry leadership in developing a market leading capability for customers across healthcare sectors and beyond!

      This role can be fully remote in the US with ability to travel across geographical regions, to customers, and new customer and/or customer presentations.

      What you'll do:

      • Serve as the clinical and scientific leader (SME) for Transformative Healthcare Markets expert team to strengthen the clinical knowledge, insights and perspectives around the current market and infuse insights for customer delivery and reporting.
      • Translate RWD and other clinical data sources, literature reviews and research into clinical perspective and insights as part of overall analytics roadmap and other syndicated analysis desired by customers/industry leaders.
      • Serve as one of the key external experts/spokespeople for Real Chemistry in the context of the Transformative Healthcare Markets team/offering. This would include customer presentations, new business presentation, external speaking engagements/media opportunities and/or thought leader activities.
      • Serve as clinical expert (owner) for the ideation and execution of RWD, HEOR and/or clinical-related analysis that could lead to peer-review publication, abstract submission and/or other peer-to-peer exchange engagements to support the Transformative Healthcare Markets team, mission and product success model.
      • Work directly with external clinical advisors for the formation/validation of ongoing analysis/forecasting of current and future market needs for product roadmap.
      • Contribute to—and serve as clinical expert—in identifying specific work streams and opportunities with existing THM customer and prospective clients that would accelerate uptake of other services across Real Chemistry capability areas. .
      • Engage potential cross-sector customers to promote analysis, identify future needs, and nurture opportunity pipelines.
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Real Chemistry capabilities, working with Capability Area leaders and other internal Stakeholders.

      What you should have:

      • MD, PhD, PharmD or similar healthcare professional credentials along with 7+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience
      • Strong collaboration skills and mindset, comfortable being a part of multi-disciplinary team.
      • Affinity for real-world data sets and evidence generation planning along with experience in peer-reviewed publication development.
      • High degree of confidence and comfort collaborating in peer-to-peer engagements with clinical advisors and external experts
      • Strong communication and presentation skills.
      • Ability and desire to partner with President, Transformative Healthcare Markets and other key internal leaders and team members to identify new business opportunities and lead generation.
      • Expertise and experience in developing senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying and proposing solutions that best meet industry and healthcare ecosystem needs.
      • Creative problem-solver that inspires employees and clients with strong passion to develop business solutions value for our clients.
      • Depth of understanding US healthcare delivery, ecosystem challenges as well as provider/practice patterns that will lead to thoughtful and thought-provoking insight and analysis planning.
      • Ability (and desire) to work in a fast paced, ever-changing market setting that requires turnkey analysis.

      Pay Range: $300,000-$325,000

      This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
