What is Required (Qualifications):
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from a recognized medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in general surgery
- Unrestricted and unencumbered Pennsylvania or New Jersey licenses
- Current Board Certification by ABMS or AOBMS (family medicine preferred)
- Successful completion of Independence Blue Cross credentialing process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Medical Director in a healthcare insurance setting
