What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analysis to inform the strategic focus for network and medical cost management strategies
- Develop and monitor metrics and reports related to medical cost performance
- Lead coordination and consolidation of the HCM Monthly Operating Review
- Support Value Based Program analytics initiatives through data mining and extraction
- Implement analytic tools to identify cost drivers and improve medical cost performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in health care/managed care with direct responsibility in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Solid understanding of P&L management principles and budgeting
- Proven quantitative and financial analysis skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working closely with Analytics, Actuaries, or FP&A
- Knowledge of Commercial and Medicare market sectors and products
- Technical skills with database concepts and data extraction tools
