- Responsible for the project management and execution of a comprehensive calendar of Medical Education events according to the annual plan; including regional and national exhibits, tradeshows, conventions, cadaveric labs, webinars, didactic presentations, and other events.
- Researches and makes recommendations for activity site selection and aids in strategic planning for Medical Education events.
- Responsible for Cvent website creation utilizing company branding and legal/compliance guidelines.
- Coordinates and executes on-site meeting/event logistics, including contracts, equipment shipping and/or rentals, catering, hotel blocks, local transportation, signage, etc., and personalized items such as name tags, attendance certificates, locker keys, scrubs, etc.
- Coordinate with HCP program faculty to schedule and plan tradeshow events.
- Works directly with internal and external stakeholders; sales and surgeon customers, medical education team members, and third-party vendors to ensure logistical aspects of all events have a quality program experience.
- Data entry and administration of Medical Education and customer database information to
- support various marketing research and corporate communication activities.
- Handles financial transactions for event invoices.
- Maintain and organize onsite Marketing/Medical Education workspaces.
- Support of various marketing activities; including, updating information on the Company website, updating the Medical Education QuickBase application and deployment of marketing collateral to customers
- Assist Bioskills Lab Technician with lab set up and breakdown handling cadaveric specimens used during lab events to include but not limited to decontaminating and organizing equipment, instrumentation, and disposables following each event.
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of successful medical education, project management, sales and/or marketing experience (medical device experience preferred but not required) with demonstrated progressive levels of accomplishment.

Job Description
The Medical Education Specialist is an organized, motivated, and driven team member whose objective is to support Medical Education and Marketing programs, primarily supporting local and offsite surgeon cadaveric training events and other medical education activities for the Company. The Medical Education Specialist must be organized with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing activities with attention to detail and high level of accuracy and allocating resources for the greatest effectiveness.
