Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical HR Advisor, if you're looking for a challenge where no day is the same, and want to develop your specialist knowledge of Medical HR, then we would like to hear from you.
An opportunity has arisen within our Medical Workforce team that will utilise your existing skills and develop new ones.
The Medical HR Advisors are a key link for the divisional management teams and rota leads, providing day to day advice to managers and staff on all matters relating to junior and senior medical staff, and other related activity. Part of the HR Services team, the post holder will also work closely with the divisional HR Consultants, HR Business Partners and operational managers for the services it supports.

Main duties of the job
Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential, together with a proactive and positive attitude and highly developed communication skills.
Our team pride themselves on providing great customer service and we are looking for Medical HR practitioners who will fit in with the team's ethos.
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience of working within an HR, recruitment, education or medical staffing function.
