      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to medical information inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding pharmaceutical or device products
      - Process fulfillments and provide clinical trial information while offering after-hours on-call support
      - Analyze inquiries to deliver accurate and concise responses using client-approved resources
      - Identify and document adverse events and product complaints in accordance with guidelines
      - Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex inquiries and research medical literature

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
      - Active RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) equivalency
      - Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to the role
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

      - Experience in medical communications or clinical trial support
      - Proficiency in interpreting complex medical and technical information
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clinical trials
