What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate programs related to quality or health promotion goals
- Lead program development, implementation, optimization, and analysis
- Create program status reports and coordinate project management functions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate program initiatives
- Analyze program data for trends and accuracy to drive strategic improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function or related field
- Experience in quality improvement or project management (certification preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience leading cross-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Quality improvement training (LEAN, Six Sigma, IHI, etc.)
- Medicaid managed care experience
- Proven skills in analyzing reported data and collecting relevant statistics
