  • Assist in chemotherapy protocolsu00A0 u00A0 u00A0
  • D rug calculations as they relate to treatment plans u00A0 u00A0
  • Vertical-flow hood and maintenanceu00A0 u00A0 u00A0
  • Clinical studies/trials u00A0 u00A0
  • Extravasation protocols/safety u00A0 u00A0
  • Administration of chemotherapy , requiring excellent venipuncture skills and IV catheter placement u00A0 u00A0
  • Coordinate and manage client communication /education via phone and email u00A0 u00A0
  • Manage appointments , obtain histories, invoicing, patient discharges, scheduling u00A0 u00A0
  • Accurate and thorough documentation in medical records u00A0 u00A0
  • Clinical studies/trials u00A0 u00A0
  Who you are: u00A0 u00A0
  • State Registered Veterinary Technician license required u00A0 u00A0
  • Prior veterinary experience required, previous oncology experience desired u00A0 u00A0
  • Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.) u00A0 u00A0
  • Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary u00A0 u00A0
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment u00A0 u00A0
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills u00A0 u00A0
