  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage non-complex medical only claims and minor lost-time workers’ compensation claims under supervision
  - Confirm policy coverage and acknowledge claims received
  - Determine validity and compensability of claims, establishing reserves and authorizing payments
  - Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients, adhering to guidelines
  - Assist other claims professionals with complex or problematic claims as necessary
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
  - Minimum of 1 year of industry experience and claim handling
  - Workers' Compensation (WC) experience required
  - Licensed as required jurisdictionally
  - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel spreadsheets

  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to quickly learn medical terminology and claims practices
  - Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
  - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
