      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 1 year of customer-related experience required
      - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to present a professional appearance and image
      - Must fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of healthcare experience
      - Familiarity with medical records processing and eFax correspondence
      - Experience in a clerical or administrative support role within a healthcare setting
